🕵🏽‍♀️ The Jig is Up

Everybody’s Mask Is Crooked

As a girl with a Scorpio stellium (translation: multiple planets in Scorpio AND a PhD in “this isn’t adding up”), I’m always down for a little mess. 😌 And the Scorpio New Moon coming on November 20th is exposing it.

New moons set the tone for the month ahead. And this one, conjoined with Mercury and opposite Uranus, is not coming in quietly. Think: news bombshells, leaks, whistleblowers, “wait… WHAT?” moments. Fast, chaotic, and completely out of left field, but also from the bowels of the earth -- because Scorpio.

The Sabian symbol for the 26th degree of Virgo (the New Moon’s ascendant degree) is “A Boy With A Censer Serves Near The Priest At The Altar.” Translation: power imbalances, abuse of authority, someone doing the “lesser” work while someone else hoards the influence. Exploited innocence. Spiritual hierarchy. Basically: when people in charge skate by on reputation instead of responsibility. And that for sure has never happened... Still...

It's kind of on-brand for a month where receipts hit the table.

And in true Scorpio fashion, there’s more:

  • Venus–Poseidon → becoming more spiritualized, love that has depth and meaning... but also a cult following
  • Jupiter/Zeus/Chiron → big wounds, big lessons, loud karmic corrections.
  • Neptune/Vulcanus → great disappointment; storms; decay; poisons (literal or metaphorical); freezing, thawing, collapsing structures; shifts in state; major deception

If that sounds dramatic, it’s because it is.

And the kicker?
The New Moon chart for Washington puts everything in the 3rd house — the zone that rules:

  • The press
  • Media networks
  • Communication systems
  • Transportation systems
  • National rumors + public opinion
  • Freedom of speech
  • Documents, agreements
  • Neighboring nations (hiiiii, Mexico and Canada)

So the month ahead is loud with 3rd-house business: scandals in media, communication meltdowns, infrastructure fights, drama about and aboard transportation, border issues, international paperwork, leaks, hacked documents — all of it.

Basically: if it involves information, transit, neighbors, or public narratives… the pot is heating.

And Scorpio New Moon energy says:
Whatever has been whispered in the dark comes walking into the light.

Just dropped: my final sprint video. Astrocartography, but in a whole new light.

🔮 Big Deck Energy: Tarot Card Pull for the Week

Welcome to Big Deck Energy—where I pull a tarot card each week on behalf of our collective to offer insight, reflection, or a much-needed reality check. Think of it as a weekly reset, a moment to pause and take in what’s unfolding. This week, I asked: What secret have you outgrown?

Here's what the Tarot had to say: The 8 of Swords.

Homie… take my hand for a second.
This card is telling on you. 😬

You’re burning mental energy in 12 different directions at once. You’re thinking a lot, but not toward anything. And when your mind spins like that, nothing moves — which then feeds the fear that nothing can move.

The 8 of Swords is the trap of overthinking yourself into paralysis.
It’s when your mind becomes the bad neighborhood you shouldn’t walk alone in.

Here’s the truth:
You’re not stuck.
You’re scared.

There’s a difference.

And this card is asking you to find the courage to go all in on the thing you’ve been tiptoeing around. Because half-effort energy keeps you in the same loop: you hesitate → you get mediocre results → the fear gets louder → you hesitate again.

You can’t reason your way out of every crossroads.
And you definitely can’t ChatGPT/Claude/Gemini/CoPilot your way through your whole life. At some point, logic stops being helpful and becomes another avoidance strategy.

The 8 of Swords says:
Step out on faith — even if you can’t see the full path ahead. Go Full-ass.

The path appears when you move, not before.

p.s. Mercury is retrograde and I have the Flu... so forgive any mistakes, typos, etc, missed in the editing process.
